TERM & CONDITIONS ( AUTOGRAPHED)

1. On hand kpop items is an online store are using Pre Order- there is NO kept stock on store, have to buy upon order. and some Ready Stocks - there is kept stock.

2. The price is FIXED because we are focus on QUANTITY, so the price will be the lowest price best adjusted from owner. Sorry for non-negotiable pricing. But there will be excuses if buyer buy up to bigger amount or there is a promotion from shop.

3. All price is include postage, all stock will be send out by Pos Laju only for malaysia buyer only and Air mail for international buyer

4. After orders have been confirmed, please make payment before the closing date for each batch of pre-order, if overdue, ORDERS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED. We will only submit your order after you had bank in to us. The buyers shall pay 100% of the purchase price and postage.

5. After make payment, please inform us of your name, total amount, and remittance date and do tag us your payment’s receipt.

 NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. If you can't accept this terms and condition, please DON'T buy to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding. Please report to us within 24 hours after you received.

6. We will not responsible any material problem, small stain that is washable, colour not as the picture and so on. Because the production might be will have some dirt or else.

7. Buyers may choose other items with same price to replace if out of stock. Stock may out of order (we will only know it when we place your order from supplier). There will be a REFUND if there is out of order. Please DON'T take order if you can't accept this issue.

8. I order  all the albums on the website SOOMPI SHOP dont use third parties to buy.

9. After the deadline they need TIME in a few days or a week to post the album because the need to wait for the album

the reach to their agency.dont worry i'm not going to lies you all because i had long time business and i want in

this business for a long time

10.For Pre Order, the stock will be arrive around 3-4 weeks after we submit the order (estimate only). Please DON'T order if you can't wait.

*Please understand , we always try our best to make sure customers receive as early as possible, but sometimes there will be some delay in stock delivery ( supplier need more time to restock, kastam do not release the stock from kastam clearance, etc.. ).3-4week is our estimate date of receive, but sometimes if delay happens, we hope customers can understand that we do not want this to happen too, for our part, we already try our best to make it as soon as possible.  For customers who need the items urgently, please choose from ready stock items.
